I bought an Commodore SX64 for $50 a while back, sold that for $450. 2x Amiga 2000s I got for $100 (along with other stuff), sold those for a total of $890.

2021-10-14 at 5:10 PM UTCAbout six months ago someone advertised an Amiga 3000 on offerup for $70. A working Amiga 3000 goes for up to (and beyond) $2000. I asked if it was available and said I'd buy it and I'd come pick it up. The person then messaged back:
"uhh actually now I've fired it up I kinda want to keep it and mess with it for a bit... I'll keep your number and let you know when I'm ready to sell"
He texted me a pic of my name and phone number on a label he'd stuck to the bottom of it "Call xxx when ready to sell".
Son of a bitch probably googled it and found out it's true worth...oh well....maybe next time. -

commodores are trending. you could probably get more than 450 to people who have money and want to live nostalgic for awhile.
