    Then why out of 642 individuals who have been arrested and charged (and detained without bail in many cases). has not a single one of them been charged under 18 U.S. Code § 2383 - Rebellion or insurrection, 18 U.S. Code § 2384 - Seditious conspiracy, or 18 U.S. Code § 2385 - Advocating overthrow of Government? If you don't believe that is true below is a link to a searchable table containing all 642 people and the charges against them. The word insurrection only appears once in the table, not in the charges but rather in the notes on Katherine Schwab of Texas. The notes read as follows;

    Schwab is seen in photos on a private jet the day before the insurrection. She said on Facebook that "the national guard was in there and didn't move an inch. They sat back. They didn't fight against us at all."

    The only other reference to insurrection relating to the activities of any of the 643 individuals charged is also not in the charges but in the notes on Rachel Powell of Pennsylvania in which the prosecutor broadly labels everyone involved as insurrectionist;

    Prosecutors allege she broke a Capitol window using a pipe and gave instructions of the Capitol floor plan to insurrectionists inside the building.

    That was beyond a shadow of a doubt an insurrection. I don’t give two shits if these people are getting off easy. I care about the Jan 6 commission’s findings. And if I’m correct, the worst offenders are yet to have a hearing.
