The last week has been pretty rough for me.
I've felt bloated and my body has felt stiff and sore.
Im sort of feeling better but its hard to distract myself from discomfort that tends to be constant.
Im 31 and don't know if I feel like a 31 year old should.
Mentally Im probably immature thanks to years and years of drug use.
Physically I feel 1 step away from being disabled (sometimes).
I have good days and bad days but there are things that bother me which just dont get better anymore.
I have a hip joint that is going to fail one day and in the meantime leaves me with trouble walking sometimes.
If I get up wrong my leg locks into my hip and feels like its going to pop out.
I have an equally troubled shoulder which at times feels like someone is attempting to pry apart.
Lately it has been my guts bothering me.
Im eating a poor diet and that's not helping much but Im sure like all the rest of my problems that drug use is to blame.
How old are you and what problems are you having?

wait till you're 40 and then the big one is 50. but life really beats your ass at 60. 60 is when shit just makes you want to stop exercising but you can't. or you'll age super fast

Im 35. Its hard to answer the question cause most 35 year olds here are obese hispanics and i dont know what thats like. I mean ive been pretty out of shape but not due to genetics.
Im in better shape than i was at 18 and have way more energy now, but the injuries have accumulated over the years. Not exactly arthritis but similar.

I'v had my head pushed into concrete, into the back of a car on my motorcycle, hit from behind on a bike and slammed to the ground, fell off a building, fell out of a tree house.
I'v been hit by a car and dragged under it. had a bottle smashed over my head at a party (i was drunk, I told my friend to do it and do it on the first try)
I have had broken ribs in a car accident rolling at 90mph destroying the car. had my hand pinned in a doorjam for about 4 minutes as a kid. and my same hand punch press by 40 thousand pounds of hydrolic pressure causing my finger to compound fracture and tear the fingernail off.
lots of other shit. it comes back to you when you're older. when I get the flu, all of the body damage hurts the most. even my hair hurts. the hair folicals hurt. you just can't relax and forget you're older after 40. its coming for you guys.
