   Not really. Mobile data is always on for what should be obvious reasons like calling and messaging. When connected to WiFi all other apps default to that connection. Apps don't use both simultaneously. I remember Samsung had a feature that would allow that for large downloads, but I'm not sure if that's still part of TouchWiz.
