when they say it's legal at 16, it usually means guys around their age group. 4-5 years older is normal. not a dude in his mid 30s or 40s. You'll get negative feedback.
this is only true in america not europe australia new zealand etc. only in america and arab countries is the aoc 18 or so. -

Im just saying its easier than people think. To me its easy cause ive gotten used to it.
Exercise feels good too. It may suck at first but once you get used to it then it becomes a natural high. If someone is trying to lose body fat id suggest they get used to the routine before worrying about calories and diet. Let your body adapt to cardio before trying to reduce calorie intake.
The only adjustment id suggest initially in the first few weeks is to eat more healthy stuff if they dont already.
A lot of people stick to weights and neglect cardio. Both are great and should be mandatory in schools really. But relying on weights to reduce fat is a mistake i think.
