   Recovering pretty fast for someone with bad insomnia.
   
   Ran my ass off yesterday morning. I thought itd be nice to run when its not close to 100f for a change especially since i wouldnt need to drink as much water.
   
   But there was too many people. I like less distractions so ill stick with the time of day most people are too pussy to be out.
   
   The ones that arent pussies can usually think for themselves too.

   After hanging out with this person there would be beautiful women, perfect 10s, streams of them seemingly checking me out.
   
   If i wasnt getting along with him like the time i argued that israel was getting more US aid than most if not all african countries, id see nothing but fat or ugly women and various lowlifes giving me the sneer and calling me a nazi.
   
   They are trying to imply that if i work for the government or go gay for someone that does, everything will be great.
   
   I think if you needed a uniform or a government job to get laid that cheapens it. Those women dont really like you for who you are but the perks and social status.

   the smoke has killed our summer. it just made everyday look overcast. I haven't seen a crystal blue sky and the San Francisco skyline from across the bay but once this year. and it only lasted like 2 hours before fog and smog came in.
   
   most days now it looks like LA did in the 70s or 80s. just a silhouette of the city.
   
   Blue Angels will fly this year for fleet week since they didn't last year, it would of been cool to go watch, maybe take photos. but of course they'll probably cancel because of this shit air quality. you wont be able to see them very well and they tend to pollute the sky with jet exhaust .
