The virus dies very quickly outside the body, you’d have to be fast with it.
It likely won’t survive the stomach if you swallow it, the chance of getting hiv from oral sex is very low unless you have a sore or cut in your mouth.
The best way would be to cut them with something that has infected blood on it or place it somewhere they’ll cut themselves.
Or you could just fuck them up the ass.
