I think they should be legal, except PCP or drugs known to cause violence. Yes Alcohol too should be strictly regulated better.
I agree that since alcohol is legal why not everything else?. I think they should and save money on the drug war that is failing.
But I believe people should have a spotter. A person hired in a go to place to do drugs. Like someone spots you at a gym.
Like how bars have bouncers to police an out of control meltdown and brawls.
I'm not sure PCP can be legalize, maybe. It's pretty wicked stuff. -

No. If we had 1906 quakes destroying the shit out of everything yearly or multiple times a year then I agree. But hurricanes happen every year almost like clockwork but not all destroy. So they stay.
We too have quakes all the time, but few are over 2.0 Richter readings.
So people stay here as well. The 1989 quake was scarey as fuck but few people died compared to 1906 which was 50 times more violent (every 0.1 is 2x stringer making 1.0 10 fold) 6.9 was bad, 7.8 was like end of the world to those in a 100 mile radius. Also how shallow the quake is matters.
If you had 6.9 to 7.8 quakes every year or even every 10 years, not a lot of people would live here. -
