I'm feeling inquisitive I was just trying to solve an irl mystery with my buddy Chris he lives in an apartment complex with 4 blue lights, you see. 4 blue lights, 2 at the respective sides of the half loop drive in entrance, see?

The first two had the lanterns completely removed and the wires clean cut.
