No...but...
My last job...first day as Operations manager I fired the only black person working there.
He walked out on the job after I asked him to do something he didn't want to do. He came back next day as if nothing had happened and I told him to leave because he was fired.
He claimed unemployment...we challenged it saying he was fired for cause (job abandonment).
I had to take part in a tribunal with the Texas workforce guy, me, the company owner and the fired nigga in question. The nigga said I fired him because he was black.
Long story short the Texas workforce commission agreed he was fired for cause and stopped his unemployment..he also had to pay back the 3 months unemployment he'd already received.
Fucking lol, Nigga trying to use the race card. -

The facts were he walked out on the job...his color wasn't the reason...even though he tried to say it was.
Walking out on the job gets you fired, whether black, white, yellow or red...unless you have big old titties and beg on your knees for forgiveness of course.
I've hired many black folk here at my new job since...none of them worked out though for various negative reasons. -
