When I took Exwife #2 to England and we stayed at the Peak Hotel in Castleton we had full English breakfast included in the room price…she asked was it was and I told her to just try it…she tried it and liked it…when I told her what it was she spat it out like a filthy American.

i'd try it, for sure. i'm willing to try just about anything at least once. I bet its really nutritious. its interesting how one can consume sumthing and enjoy it, but then get a psychological hangup about it wen told wut is is.

I have been trying to make diner fries the same style as my local greasy spoon diner but they use an ungodly amount of seasoning salt and it's hard to get that salty flavor and crisp texture.

I've been trying to do it with paprika and hebrew salt, i can get it to look like diner fries but each bite doesn't make me feel like i'm overdosing on sodium so i'm doing something wrong

it's just not the same as commercial seasoning salt maybe it is the msg
