    It's not bad enough yet to change from my regular dentist. If it develops into too much to handle in the next few days, I will. I can manage the pain fine with just cold water at the moment. But if I stop sipping it, it will start hurting in like 30 seconds. I can't even take a shit any more without keeping a cold water bottle nearby.
    
    So I drank too much water and now I think my body is rejecting it, like I've been puking and pissing clear water out my ass all day, it's a cycle where I drink way too much water over a longer period of time to try to numb the pain and then puke it up en masse all at once.
