Some areas might provide some form of public transportation as a municipal decision but that would just mean some form of public sector option is provided. Your local Honda dealership could refuse to sell you a car for being too loud and rude if they felt like it for example.
Would you like some form of public sector social media site run by your government, where you need to sign up with your legal identification documents and only illegal content results in punitive action? -
