I mean I'd say no, although it seems like Dargo wants to go that direction afterwards?
I guess it's ambiguous, but it's possible to simply deliver an insult (i.e. you can't raise kids) without insinuating it invalidates some prior argument about childrearing. For example Dargo might have said "You know what Bill Krozby, you're right, raising three kids isn't a fulltime job, and somehow you can't even raise one" which wouldn't have been a non-sequitur. -
