It's surprisingly easy to obtain those two items. diphenylamine is used as a treatment to prevent apple rot, banned in Europe but still available in North America from two companies. I checked a bunch of SDS and it's just DPA mixed with a solvent and stabilizer.Decco U.S. Post-Harvest Inc.

Aresnic is a bit more tricky and I don't really know of any ways to easily get arsenious oxide. I did however find quite a few arsenic ores and minerals for sale on ebay. Making the oxide is easy you just have to combust arsenic.

what's more, customs has a reputation for intercepting things that aren't even illegal; they'll often call folding knives or flippers 'automatic' and seize them if they're too easy to open. importers will often have to go to the police, show them the models they're trying to import, get a signed receipt saying it's OK, then send customs a copy of it when the consignment inevitably gets seized. -

I actually considered ordering an OTF knife to someone who lives in less of a police state, then having them disassemble it and send me the parts
but I don't trust anyone here that much and I'm not sure if there's anyone competent enough to safely take it apart without damaging it -

i bought some new knives and I'm really disappointed how heavy they are, the dagger is heavy as fuck and was advertised as a boot knife. the CKRT M16 folding knife has a new 'safety' addition red button that has to be clicked in order to sheath it, the 16$ knife is blocky as shit, but with the spring assist is probably my best/primary fighting knife.
Pricing was 61, 54, 16.
