Allergies make me want to kill myself

2021-06-18 at 11:59 AM UTCCan't you rig up some f1lters? Clean air doesn't seem like it should be that hard to make. I made some mold enhancements with PC fans, hob enhancement material (which is cheap), an old PC power supply and old whey protein drums. It works great, and is way cheaper and, because it is so much bigger, I bet works better than those fancy store bought HEPA things.
You can also get ozone generators and those little air ioniser things. My ioniser enhancement is always dirty every time I wash it, which is about once every two months. -

Yeah, passed on from your weak parents probably...why do you think Grey Aliens are so weak and fragile...millennia of this kind of shit to the point they now have to find a planet of the apes to mix their DNA with in the hopes of saving their species. -

You would basically either have to be very wealthy, tough it out or lay down and die
They lived in dry climates away from human activity and shoved things in their nostrils and made lots of grunting noises and screamed in agony which created boogyman woods monster myths
because they were hermits living off the land sometimes they had to go into town and murder a family to eat

2021-06-18 at 5:11 PM UTCBefore covid-19, people who wore n95 that didn't do construction believed they weren't breathing properly. Smothered. But your ox sat never goes down. It takes a week to get comfortable with them.
Point being, what seemed like an answer to allergies was simply n n95 mask. But I also get itchy skin from allergies, so I take Zyrtec as well.
By mid July you should be fine, Scron. -

2021-06-18 at 7:43 PM UTCMy life goal is to go work for Dow or DuPont or 3m and discover a new more economical way to make the adhesive used on one product line of tape, saving the company a few million bucs in the process and that they will name a hallway after me back at HQ and I get to cut a ribbon and put a golden shovel in the dirt

does that actually do anything for allergies tho? wut the fuk I have always had them no matter what I do. When I was at my peak health I was regularly eating boxes of it and abusing it.
I don't really remember why
Were you still eating a lot of carbs during peak health? Stopping for a while could cure chronic sinusitis but mucus is related to diet. -
2021-06-26 at 5:25 PM UTCI was drinking whole milk from 4L jugs and mixing it with chocolate milk powder, dat thick cream at the top with CM powder oh man and I ate lots of good food, I was fat as fuck until I started doing meth
I have had allergies when I was eating good, eating bad. Always when I was a kid, I used to think it was from my parents smoking but I sneeze and get red eyes around fucking everything, fucks me up work. I drove a forklift on a gram of benadryl once and everyone knew I was fucked up, almost got fired -

Histamine is an organic nitrogenous compound involved in local immune responses, as well as regulating physiological function in the gut and acting as a neurotransmitter for the brain, spinal cord, and uterus. Histamine is involved in the inflammatory response and has a central role as a mediator of itching.
a little or a lot. the system goes fucking haywire. I suffer greatly. the difference is a small amount might last 30 minutes to a few hours. the amount of moisture in the air and if you suffer from asthma as well as allergies plays a roll.
a lot of it might still around for days. use a Neddi Pot (looks like a tea kettle) and flush your sinus out. it helps. rapidly blow gently out of both sinus by moving your hand to close one sinus hole off blow out then the other back and forth rapidly into the sink. blowing snot and anything else in there. you wash your hands, you rinse your eyes out. you can wash your sinus with a certain salt pack (so it doesnt dry the gland in your nose ) it is a saline salt mix. dont use table salt. FUCK that hurt. I ran out and thought I could. Table salt is good for gargling but not flushing sinus. felt like I sucked tobasco sauce in my nose
