List of some of the stuff
2x Record (vinyl) turnables...I have/had 4 so figured 2 is enough
1x desk lamp
1x external 5 1/4" floppy drive (was used with a Sinclair QL)
2x "vintage" PC shells (case, power supply Mobo)...not going do do anything thing them anytime soon so they gotta go
2x PC boxes (cyberpower and Ibuypower) filled with various junk, lots of cables, ac adapters, other bits and bobs.
4x Roomba vacumn cleaners - beyond repair (I kept another 6 that I know I can fix when I get around to it)
1x Beach umbrella - I'm not going to be going to the beach anytime soon.
Still much more shit to go through...to be continued.The following users say it would be alright if the author of this post didn't die in a fire! -

Well I got more than 10...those are the non functional ones. I have 2 in the house doing the cleaning.
Most Roomba failures amount to being a failed sensor..the sensors are like $0.30 each. I pick up the roombas at Value village for like $10-$20, fix em and sell them for $100-$150.
If they are beyond my MANY skills then they will be stripped for parts to use to fix other Roombas.

2021-06-14 at 5:33 PM UTCFYI Roomba AC adapters are shit..they fail all the time. A lot of people dump the whole thing when that happens...so the roomba itself and the docking station is fine...just the ac adapter is not.

A lot of the motherboards are ruined too because of the Varta batteries leaking and destroying the traces. One of the ones I dumped was for that reason..too much damage to the board...I can jumper 1 or two traces but there were MANY. -

most time when they "broke" its due to the transformer failing or blown up. -

Maybe 20 or so. Most of them went to people I know who wanted one...work colleagues, friends, (ex) family and so on. Those 10 have been sitting in tubs for at least 4yrs...too many other projects to investigate so the roombas refurbishment went on a back burner.
