He has to be a meiser. If he does it for 6-8 years he fould make cliser to 60-70k a year and when he comes back to ohio, he can just go straight to a house auction and bid 100k on a 400k foreclosure and make another 300k after flipping it. Hes not going to have this kind of funds staying in ohio unless he finishes 7-8 years of college with a law degree, phd or masters.
It's not that he doesn't make enough money to do that.
It's that as soon as he gets money he finds something retarded to spend it on.

I find it much easier to take that capital from working and put it into something easy like selling weed or buy a trailer for your truck and do odd jobs. Lots of people just work their 9-5's, come home and spend that money and maybe they will work a second job but as soon as they get off work of course all they want to do is spend that money because they spent all day working 2 jobs.
I've never worked 2 jobs but I have gotten off work and spent my evening working making my own money and it felt pretty rewarding and productive to keep going after work like that, money never sleeps.
People just live like that where they work every day and save for that once a year vacation and maybe a few purchases and christmas/birthdays but that's about it. Most people don't want to create anything or do much they just want money to keep their lives going how they are and that life is built around going to work every day and saving. idk it's just not for me it's not enough, I need more or nothing at all or else whats the point.
I just can't live like that where someone says NO YOU CAN"T SPEND THAT $20 YOU GOTTA SAVE IT!!! fuck that I Want a pizza pie and can sell a gram of cocaine to afford several pizzas, that's my FU money and you can't tell me shit!
