Long time...15yrs or more. It's probably 5 out of 7 nights. Nothing works (as far as sleep aids go). I've been told not to consume food or drink after 6pm...that's kind of difficult as I don't get home till around 6pm or later anyway.
Once I get it in my head "I'm not going to sleep tonight"...That's it, stick a fork in me. -

2021-06-08 at 1:11 PM UTCUsually the dose for adults is 5-10mg, taking more will make it less effective because it's a hormone and the posology isn't as simple as more melatonin=more sleepy. It's not a sleeping pill. Just take 1 capsule or gummi or whatever. Taking too much will fuck with your sleep and just make you uncomfortable and a little drowsy, and keep tossing and turning.

Well I started out with 5..when that didn't work I went to 10..and now 20. I guess it's pretty pointless taking 20 if it's not working (and they are not cheap).
I might go back and start at 2mg or 5mg again and see what happens.
(btw being as I'm bigger than the average person I figured the recommended dose is for a regular 160lb 5' 10" gont and not a 240lb 6'5" behemoth). -
2021-06-08 at 1:22 PM UTCIt's not a straight sleeping pill so you can't just pop it or pop more, doesn't matterif you are a big guy, you still have an average human sized brain. That's why it is better than a sleeping pill though. It is more for regulating your sleep than as a sleeping pill. Melatonin is a signaling hormone and a spike of a particular range will signal to your body to conduct its "go to sleep" process. You should use it to establish good sleeping habits and unless you do, nothing will actually help you. Your body is on a sort of daily cycle where it gets a melatonin spike every day at the same time and if you are messing with it at all, your sleep will be all fucked up no matter what.
Take a single of your 10mg gummy before bedtime and turn the lights off so it's totally dark, lay in bed and be still. You'll go to sleep in like 30 minutes, might be less smooth the first couple of nights. Do this for the next couple of days on a strict schedule and soon you won't even need melatonin. It takes a week tops. Then your own body will do the work as long as you don't fuck with your sleep routine.
It's really important not to use your phone or have lights on when your spike happens because light kills your melatonin levels immediately. This is exactly what you experience when you wake up in the dead of night to take a piss and flick the lights off then can't go back to sleep. Your melatonin doesnt just randomly come back. And you'll have a real hard time going to sleep if its out of whack.
Just lay in the dark, try to be still and be alone with your thoughts. Your body will automatically go to sleep. -

2021-06-08 at 1:27 PM UTCYour body naturally produces melatonin so it's likely you have been fucking with it and all melatonin supplements do is mimic the natural spike to initiate natural sleep. If you don't follow regular best practice for natural sleep otherwise, it won't do anything.

Incorrect, he is listed @ 50-0 with 27 KOs that is more than half therefor the majority/"mostly".

I just looked at Pacquaio’s record and his knockout % was only like 54% so maybe that’s common in that weight class. I never paid much attention to anything lower than super middleweights but I’ve never been that impressed by him. He’s got a perfect record but he also dodged fights. I never watched Logan Pauls fights either but when I heard this I knew for sure it would go that way. -
