    Skipping SEVERAL meals definitely messes with your metabolism as in like not eating a single thing for 2+ days. I usually hover around 150 lbs but lose literally ten during a meth binge and then gain 15-/+ within two weeks of abstaining. A meal or two isn't going to make or break the average person unless they're a huge fat fuck to begin with.

    Yeah, I could see if you like start starving yourself for a day plus.

    Eating two meals a days means what? A few more hours between meals? I'm skeptical that's going to have a huge impact on a human metabolism.
