As a former banker, I can tell you thats a term you use when you're sharing equity value in a stock or home. like 2 siblings have inherited a house but one child is given more equity value in the house than the other because they (Parents) chose to. that one child has "herd of equity". they get more percentage of money.
why would the news say the county would use that term ?
i never cooked or baked or mixed any of these fuckings. you might die trying to get a cheaper home made high.. sadly i didnt do well in bio nor chem classes. i was more of an wood shop kid.
I would probably fail a high school level chemistry test. I learned chemistry from drug cooking guides online but I didn't understand the lingo and I couldn't understand what the fuck any of it meant.
Now I can do it all in my head. Clean the pills, reduce, workup. Once you understand what's going on you can start thinking about how you can get a monkey to do it using bananas. Get the monkey to grind the pill, give him a banana. Get the monkey to pour potassium iodide in the flask and phosphoric acid and turn on the heat, give him a banana, etc.

my cousin showed me how carpenters can bend and straighten boards that are bent horizontly(fishtail?) when building a deck. . you have to get in between spacers but you can slowly stretch them back usinga type of narrow vice that tightens and pulls it back.
maybe you guys know the name of it. but its a solid piece of advice. i paid quality for "con heart" redwood and was angry that a third became split. but im not real mechanically inclined which is why I want to go off grid. learn to just keep building and adding on with it being conventional. but might by a manufactured home and make it code and then build half an acre away as a hand built guest house. which id probably let guest stay in the manufactored and I in my own fraken-house
