always chimp and just say you have an anxiety disorder. Fight or flight isn't resisting arrest.
If you chimp and the cop beats you up just file a complaint and if they have a history of complaints you can get your case thrown out. Black people are actually smart because they ALL do this and ALL get beat and all complain so that the next time little tyrone tries the stunt the officer already has a dozen complaints against him.
It's like a way of fighting back using their own policies against them

You can restrain someone with FIVE PHYSICALLY FIT POLICE OFFICERS and not crush their neck to the point it causes tracheal damage.
Isn't it interesting how the original (police) autopsy only had bruising around the shoulders and face? Broken clavicle but nahhhh neck not even mentioned. -

If I jump into a vat of acid at work because i'm suicidal and want to kill myself is it really a health and safety violation for the company that I climbed on the guard rail and jumped over. They will probably have to have a bunch of new regulations because one person fucked up
I am against police but also I hate the idea of someone going to prison for something they did at work related to their work. The idea that certain aspects of labor should be regulated and enforced by police is the very idea that promotes police in the first place.
The only way for security to be free from the abuse of systemic racism is for less regulation for firearms and private security. Police are an outdated concept. A neighborhood can and should have it's own private community militia that hires trained professional members of the community instead of experts in law.

The techkneeque isn't used for 8 minutes to asphyxiate someone who isn't capable of posing a threat any more, it is used as a momentary restraint to get someone under control and cuff them. -
