Why do you make up obviously wrong fanfiction to get outraged at?Also there is no way that anything Chauvin could have done would have changed the fact that Floyd was on his way out.
So Floyd died, and he got blamed.
And not only did he get blamed, all white people are being collectively blamed.
Apart from jedis, as usual.
Fuck that.
Chauvin directly caused the death of George Floyd and murdered him by crushing his neck with his knee, therefore he is being blamed.
White people who defended Chauvin and people like Chauvin are to blame for their insolence. -

2021-04-21 at 11:17 AM UTCStar Gay is the gayest kind of troll, a fake troll: the kind who actually believes the retarded shit he says and then tries to hide it behind pretending to be "trolling" so he can surreptitiously change the subject and do it again.
The reason is because it is easier to blame brown people for everything to explain why he is a literal middle aged virgin working at a call center rather than his own inherent mediocrity and it doesn't matter if any of it makes sense, it just needs to get him to the next post. -

That's not how bringing up multiple charges works or what it means.
The fact that you have sufficient brain AIDS that you either don't understand this or think repeating it is a good point, just proves your mental deficiency.
Prosecutors push the charges they believe they can establish in court. If they can demonstrate the evidence establishes at least negligent homicide or manslaughter and also reasonably 3rd degree murder, they will press all three. If they can't establish any if the charges, they can still establish the other ones. And if they establish the evidence fits the bill for all three, they will get convictions on all three.
Thus really isn't some complex or novel concept you have to wrap your head around: you are just being retarded. -
2021-04-21 at 12:12 PM UTCHis unintentional murder was intentional. What's so hard to understand about that? Are you intentionally being unintentionally stupid?

2021-04-21 at 12:16 PM UTCTranslation of charges into simple english even a child or an illiterate european or Canadian foreigner can understand:
Murder in 3rd degree in MN - at minimum it can be shown the victim was killed due to the defendant committing an eminently dangerous act without regard for their life.
2nd degree manslaughter - at minimum is can be shown the victim was unjustly killed due to the defendant's recklessness, without needing to establish intent to kill.
Negligent homicide - at minimum it can be shown the victim was unjustly killed due to the defendant's criminal negligence, without needing to necessarily establish malice.
Murder in the 3rd degree: at minimum it can be shown the victim died due to the defendant's
Each charge is a statement about the body of evidence and what they think they can establish at minimum without reasonable doubt, that's it. -

2021-04-21 at 12:34 PM UTCIt's a shame though that the judicial system doesn't look the word "Murder" up in the dictionary...which clearly states it's the "intentional" taking of life.
I guess they make their own definitions up to satiate the niggerdom. -

If they actually cared what happened they would have chose the charge that best corresponded to what happened.
That would be logical, and in the best interests of justice.
This was a show trial.
