the argument is that deeming an animated GIF as a weapon opens the floodgates for censorship of images that could 'do harm' with zero constraint on what comprises 'harm'.
the (nonsensical) comparison to hacking insulin pumps is an attempt to stop people from considering the long-term ramifications of the ruling and instead simply focus on the supposed harm caused in this instance
