    Luckily my city pool across the street is going to open next to me so I'm going to do laps every day. My neighbor also offered me a membership at a discounted rate, at the one he works at. I'm not sure If i will do it but i will check it out. I have only started talking to him recently so I don't know him that well.

    Anyone else here going to start working out or are? I did for awhile and got some definition but i succumbed to the alcohol and be a lazy man lol

    I need to be playing a sport to work out otherwise I lose interest and get bored very shortly. I might check out the YMCA this spring /summer and try to get in on the open basketball nights. I used to play 3 nights a week and 2 mornings a week. I love it. Racquetball too is an awesome workout and pretty fun if you are decent at racket sports, which I just so happen to be. I could certainly wrek anyone here in a game of racquetball, tennis, badminton, or ping pong.

    dont go to the gym, youll ruin that girlish figure and feminine lines.

    I have better definition when I'm already watching calories and macronutrients, something about that momentum gives me the discipline I need to sustain a workout routine over some length of time.

    thats the thing about working out...you have to maintain regularity, not off-and-on

    i dont know whos coming first, but i dont want the toast. Bill Krozby and risir will probably fight each other for it.

    Are you any good at any of those? I'd say I'm the most confident in ping pong, played a lot of games out in my garage with my dad when I was younger and then a lot in different 'facilities.'

    In order of my skills I'd go ping pong, tennis, racquetball, badminton.

    I might not be as good as those Chinese fuckers standing 5 feet behind the table but I can definitely pull off some trix and make some sikk plays. Lol

    I'm of average build, maybe on the scrawny side. Usually I hover around 165, but it can fluctuate considerably due to medications and stress level.

    I workout 5/7 days of the week. I bought all my equipment for ~500 and just keep it in the garage because I hate dealing with gym rats, especially because the gym closest to me is full of college aged jocks.

    yeah thats why im kinda leary about going to this guys gym. he's a nice guy but he's constantly trying to talk to me and i like to stick by myself. Unfortunately, even though I live alone my place is so tiny I cant much stuff in here. I have 2 sets of dumbells and thats it.. so i will just see what happens since I'm trying to clean up. I do have bicycle though and I like doing that.

    You really don't need that much equipment. I don't know if you ever use reddit but /r/bodyweightfitness has some pretty cool things you can do with oh my god am I talking to Bill Krozby? Get the fuck out of my thread you piece of shit.

    i also live next to a tennis court and i watch those dudse sometimes and a lot of them are rad. i just don't have anyone to play with
