Basically he slashed a vein and drew something like 2-500ml of blood. He then tried to replace the missing blood with various benzos and barely made it to work the next morning. Virtually eveyone he spoke to asked if he was ok.
Anyhow, meating with boss, "you're fucked no way you're working today"
lady boss came in and said "you're going to hospital"
"what are you going to do, try and force me?"
so they agreed to call his girlfriend and have her look after him, probably won't go back until next week

On a serious note, sounds like you're racing to the bottom, idk who you're racing, but maybe lay off the tard juice for a couple days? I'm not your doctor but losing half a liter of blood isn't good. Once mental health and shit start getting involved that's the sign the job isn't gonna last much longer.
I took a bunch of benzos and missed a week of work. My bosses husband got all upset that I ghosted them he came into my house while I was blacked out on the floor and slapped me telling me it's time to go to work. I was washing the shit down with booze so I wasn't going anywhere but they just didn't get it or understand even though they all sold weed.
they thought I was just fucking retarded. Also you can claim drug abuse as a medical disorder in a lot of countries it's my ace sleeve for when I fuck up because if you get a doctor to sign some paperwork you get paid medical leave in my country at least it's great.
Just don't spend your paid medical leave doing more drugs or you will end up like me
