If he never got agitated they wouldn't have to put their knee on his neck, but then the question of if the knee should have been used at all comes up, and for how long.
I think if he died a minute earlier or later this case would look a lot different. He died at the weirdest time right in the middle of it so it's hard to prove what killed him, the cause of death just raises more questions.
It would be like if you shot a man and he died from a heart attack. I guess that would classify as third degree murder which is strange and only exists in a few states -

You know the laws like if you sell a guy fentanyl and he OD's and dies you can be charged for that. LOL
But he was in the car? he is on film of sitting in the car but he refuses to say in a court of law that he was in the car. Also the car has had drugs found in it twice.
How can you just go to a court and say you refuse to talk about sitting in a car and selling drugs to this guy because it can be used to prove you are responsible for his death... like uhh????????? -
