He was bawling his eyes out crying for dear life moving his hands around not listening to basic police orders. Very unusual for a black person to not bend the fuck over for police.
He was all over the place, an absolute mess. When they tried to put him in the car he propelled himself out the other side like a torpedo and died a few mins later. You can see the moment he gives up the ghost and his body goes limp and after that it's all involuntary muscle spasms and they kept trying to restrain him thinking he was fighting back but it was the dead twitches.
They thought he was on PCP
