Save upa nest egg and then THEN consider taking out some form of debt like a mortgage when you have 10, 20 or even 50% (mny personal home owning goal is to put about 50% of 60,000USD up for like 5 or 6 acres with a cabin near a waterway (i fish)

i'm a shut in so I have no problem not spending money. When I have money i'm usually too busy making it to ever spend it. People at work talk about stuff they buy on sale on the weekends and stuff but I just sit on my money, sit at home and sometimes go chase hookers around and throw the money on the ground so i can look at their ass when they bend over to pick it up. -
