Nigger is of course a classic. In fact you can make an insult out of anything by appending nigger to it. Arabs? Sand niggers. Irish? Potato niggers. Italians? Spaghetti niggers. Indians/Pakis? Curryniggers.
925 is a good one, it's police code for "suspicious person".
"Urban youths" is another law enforcement classic, basically "niglet".
Niglet itself is top tier.
Blackie Chan is creative.
And Sambo is the "off center" pick, always a good one.
Hispanics:
Border bunny is my favourite.
Cholo is good, just a nice sounding word.
And of course there are a never ending list of -nigger slurs you can make, like Taco Bigger or Bean Nigger.

Probably the worst for Muslims would be simply to call them pigs, since they are deathly afraid of the swine as unclean and below all other creatures. For Indians, just calling them a Paki would probably do the job.

I've called virtually every race a nigger and it always had the same response: complete apeshittery. in my experiece, calling a negress a nigger always results in complete melt down.

the best hostile response I've ever elicited from a sand nigger was when I told him I was fucking his wife, said in front of his wife. the closest I've ever seen a sand nigger get to physical confrontation without actually getting physical. -
