Look the best way to get the message out would be decently made 2" x 8" stickers professionally made, with a QR code and maybe some sort of coupon attached.
Perhaps a person familiar with luhn algorithm gift card fraud, like using 1 number from a batch and then extrapolating that based on the calculation to get a hit and then utilising barcode printers or NFC to frod them? Not that I'd have much to say on such matters.

If you'll recall, i made three sticker designs complete with QR code back at Zoklet, but no one actually took the trouble to print them on sticker paper and distribute them. The designs were actually good, i've been doing GFX as a hobby for over 15 years. The problem is, almost everyone is all talk, no action.

I don't recall. And I'd get them printed and put up in the random ghetto spots I find myself in. I just happen to lack the funds for such an endeavor and..... Ok I'd probably just buy whisky and get charged again.

Fuck the unwashed masses, we should realize that what was the &T is gone, the adherents scattered and that the few who are left, will never again experience the Power, Grace and Glory of our former Temple. We who are left will not bet the seeds for a new dawn but mere shadows of by gone ages.
