Its like every few months a letter comes in the mail, it will have "IMPORTANT, DO NOT IGNORE" written across the top of the letter in big upper case lettering. It will be address to "The Occupier" with your address below it. You pick it up, take one look and think "bin", and that's the end of it. They've just proven to you that they have no idea who even lives in your house, lol. only old people pay for tv licenses now, and they get it covered by their pensions and govt benefits shit. And that's the reality of that system here.
