2021-02-26 at 1:27 AM UTCwhich one, the pfizer/MRNA one?
I dunno, I'd rather just get the virus and maybe be out of commission for a little while than deal with experimental gene therapy -

Originally posted by Technologist Yeah, they gave us a long hand out about the drug. Only side affect I’ve had is a very sore arm. Actually more sore than any other shot I’ve gotten🤷♀️ I hear the second dose can have you feeling like you have the flu for 24 hours. I’ll see in about a month!
Isn't the soreness more from muscular damage caused by the needle? -

my uncle gave me a shit tetanus shot when I was a kid and it just felt like a bruise.
there are a lot of reports of people getting soreness in extremities, even arms or legs that weren't the injection site. might be some kind of nervous response -

I mean even without symptoms it causes health complications. Wait 10yrs and we'll be hearing all about them. This virus is whack as fuck. I'm okay with getting sick. I'm not okay with permanent damage. That shit is guaranteed with covid. Viruses already alter your genes and this one is especially fukt. -

Moderna.
Yeah, if I was younger I’d probably not be concerned as much. Although the younger folks are getting the long term COVID which really sucks bad.

The soreness is from the presence of the drug in my muscle. As it’s dissipating, it’s getting better. I’ve been massaging it, so it’s getting better. -

Anyone you know? Long covid sounds like a crock of shit. Everyone I know/hear of who has it wants to milk it to the max, and "long covid" seems like that taken to the logical extreme.
"Oh no, I had the Corona flu and got over it within a week, yet I find I am lazy, stupid and unmotivated, completely unlike before, oh no!" -

No I don’t know them personally, but I’ve read about their problems, and it is a continuous cycle of relapse. -
2021-02-26 at 1:46 AM UTCIsn’t that cute. Faggot finny, the political loser, can’t stay away. Shame I don’t read his stupid faggotry.😂😂😂

I have a family member who died on round 2 of covid. Hardly any symptoms the first time. Fucking nuts.
Anyone who isn't afraid of this virus probably doesn't understand how nefarious it is compared to other viruses. -

For most, it’s no big deal, but we have no clue who it will kill, and who it will pass on from. We just don’t know enough🤷♀️ -

how certain are you it was covid, given how many problems there are with the testing methodology? -

the two things I'm specifically talking about are the tests picking up antibodies from other coronavirii like the common cold, and the PCR tests being run at such a high sensitivity that they'll pick up dead or even unrelated virus components.
it's been a while since I've heard anything about them but I don't remember seeing any indication that there was a plan to resolve the issues -

I knew that’s what you meant. I just wanted to share the downside to the new rapids with you. -
2021-02-26 at 2:05 AM UTCyeah, I guess what I'm asking is do you know whether those are still issues - do the new tests effectively differentiate between COVID antibodies and those from other coronavirii now?

100% he lost smell and taste then was dead within 2 weeks.
Also like tech said the problem is false negatives not false positives. If you pop for covid you probably have it.
Funny how nobody ever whined about these same methods before covid. It's not like, new technology. If covid numbers are inaccurate so is everything else.
