the point is before they said only sickos used it, after the global success they tried to take credit for it. maybe they should also take credit for the sex offender registry that had to be invented because of them, lmao. they have such low self awareness, with pretty much everything.
most self-entitled fucking generation ever that whines about their children (millenials) all day while hilariously accusing them of doing nothing but whining.
gas them like the kikes they are. -
2021-02-22 at 3:51 PM UTCI was on the internet when I was a squid, I would go onto nnportal.com and print out pictures of womens butts... ooohh my mom went through my room when i was in school because she was that bored and found salvia, pictures of womens butts, and a bottle of bourbon.
that was a very uncomfortable conversation I had with my dad. He wasn't mad though, but he was like Douglas.. I'm glad you're not a gay but you do not need to have this.. -

The internet was never mainstream popular until facebook and web 2.0
We were always outsiders or weirdos. Now we are "domestic terrorists" or "alt right" for saying niggers are kikes on the computer.

The technology is was drove the rise of the internet...not it's generational use...that technology only really made it possible for mass adoption in the early/mid 90s...before that the infrastructure was lacking and modems were 2400 baud shit things.
That infrastructure was NOT conceived/built and initially used by millenials lololol...again if they were on they were on with their GenXr dads permission (who was the person paying the bills...aka financing ISPs, modem/hardware companies/driving development of company/commercial websites etc etc.
Suggesting teenagers were responsible for the mass adoption is laughable. They ONLY had access thanks to their GenXr parents and GenXr innovation. 20s and 30s primarily populated the internet back in 93/95. -

were the ones that actually used the internet and invented all of internet culture which has become the dominant culture for the entire planet.
Your generation never got a chance to colonize or discover new lands, you were too busy riding the dot com boom and spending that money on a normie 90s early 00's lifestyle while all of those kids you neglected were like settlers on the internet developing software to cut through the thicket of bandwidth and memory limitations
We are the true pioneers of the digital realm, we built the first settlements and like the crown that owns the ships that brought us here you come back to lay your claims on what we built. -

thats a laughably condescending attitude which reveals an emotional insecurity if you have to compete with your fucking children. you arent their competition, you are their steward because THEY are the fucking future and the roles will be reversed when time passes and you need help taking a shit, so shove that condescension up your ass.
just like i explained before that we need young blood if we want to make a totse 2.0, not disillusioned aging veterans, it was young blood that built the internet with their enthusiasm, energy, curiosity and idealism, not paranoid delusional old faggots who constantly attacked it under the guise of protecting da childrenz or fighting against moral corruption or whatever kind of unproductive, negative bitchfest they pushed back in the day.
HURR DURR i paid da bills! yeah, guess whos paying your bills now, geezer? oh wait, your kids you neglected want nothing to do with you. -
2021-02-22 at 4:56 PM UTCBoomers shit on their high horses but they don't even give thanks to the real inventors of commodes and plumbling, the Romans.
There should be a bust of Caesar in every bathroom with a toilet. Degenerates like you belong on a cross, you didn't build that!
Every time you go to the store you should be giving alms and prayers to the chinese immigrant workers that built your railroads which allow the free movement of consumer goods. You didn't build that!

living off someone elses success in general is the mark of a fucking loser, but if a generation is to be praised for pioneering something instead of the individual, then it should be the generation that facilitated the success of it, not the one that resisted and demonized it.
galileos generation did nothing but suppress his work, but the one that pushed for the social acceptance of his work deserves the admiration for their effort in finally making his contributions matter. that was galileo's generation, not the stupid fucks that threatened to hang him. -

Wrong...you mille-nnial teens merely used the lands we created...but as mentioned back in the early days it wasn't 14yr olds using the internet..it was 20 somethings..which back then were GenXrs...you obviously was not around to witness it as in 93/94/95 if you were even born you were still figuring out what that brown stuff in your pants was.
Boomers and GenXrs built, used and pioneered the internet...the MOON PERSONs didn't start using int enmasse till the 2000s...it was already a thing by then.
You probably don't even remember internet use costing BY THE MINUTE...and on top of that in many places around the world you also had to pay for phone line use BY THE MINUTE...no fucking teens were using the internet "willy nilly" because the parents would have been getting a $500 internet and phone bill! (Like I used to get back in the bad old days of 9600 dialup) -

Dude the first thing I went on was COMP-U-SERVE then AOL. but I knew about IRC from other computer users. this wasn't an obvious or well known thing back then. Only computer geeks knew about this shit. anyways I asked myself Why does this shit cost money. That's when I realized what "Online Server" meant. so they housed their own version of IRC (i guess?) and their own file storage. which became a dumping ground for files people uploaded into their email accounts.
You had to pay 5 bucks for 10 hours. I kept calling in and they would let me reset my credit card or something like that. knowing outright that I was getting another free 10 hours. I never knew of any type of commerce to do this. I finally figured out that the "Millions of Users" were probably a few thousand people making Alt accounts. and this drove up their stock prices.
they knowingly made these claims of Millions of users to drive up their stock value. they lied regarding their own portfolio
then I got DSL at some point and realized how to get onto the IRC -

Yeah I was on BBS's, then CompuServe and AOL...I remember when Compuserve introduced a "gateway" to the internet" which you then had to buy/pay for separately from your CompuServe bill.
Compuserve had chat rooms and I even had a couple of rendezvous with CompuServe girls...and yes...you can imagine what girls using compuserve looked like back in them days...SMH
ETA: My first AOL account was created with a stolen credit card number (which I got from a list I downloaded from a BBS)...I never paid a penny for it...I foolishly shared the login info with a guy who promised to fill my inbox up with WAREZ everyday...which he did for about a week..then the motherfinger changed the password and that was that. -
