Lad just report them and their businesses to the tax man and report him/his family for employing illegal immigrants. Chances are you'll sting them for something whether it's not paying road tax, insurance or some other dodgy dealing. Hate the arrogant cunts, no qualms playing snide and dirty tactics on them. To hell with kids games of smashing their windows or their teeth in (too easy), the courts are in their favour and they'll just harp on about hate crimes for week after week and the BBC will put on a proganda piece of integrated "British" muslims.
Nothing says "fuck off" like getting them deported or stung financially. Play smart, chances are your local neighbours don't like them that much either.

i chekc sum license plates sumtimes i look if they got tax u can look it up online if u have the reg and make

Report to DVLA, they'll clamp his car and declare it untaxed. He'll have to pay a hefty fee to get it unclamped and an even bigger one if they take it away to be crushed if he falls out of the time limit for paying the fee. I'm glad some dickhead didn't randomly do it to me haha, I'd not had my road tax renewed since August 2015, boy was that a shock when I checked in Feb when I thought "hmmm, don't remember paying this for a while". Paid it now lol.
