I figured out along time ago that THC is best taken in moderation. Moderation goes out teh door with any other drugs except for fire coke with me but that said...

Fentanyl
Oxycodone
Methylphenidate
Amphetamine Paste
Clonazepam
Temazepam
Caffeine
Nicotine
And now for the less or non psychoactives.
Pantoprazole for enzyme inhibition/potentiation of various drugs listed above.
Hydroxyzine for the same reason but by different mechanism.
Nortryptaline as crash cure or pick me up if i feel like it.
Loperamide when i have gone to hard on opiates for a while. the trick is to not do a sploo and stick to a maximum of 40mg, it won't get you high but the slow metabolism will auto taper your tolerance back to reasonable levels.
Although generally i arranged my supply of drugs in such a way that no matter how fast i blast through it all i can basically use for a maximum of two maybe three days. It helps again, with keeping tolerance levels reasonable. And polysubstance addiction is a bitch, so...
Once every two weeks i have some booze too, not that much, just normal amounts. Like two beers. And on rare occasions i get drunk, i hate alcohol for the most part. -

Over half of these drugs I've been prescribed before. Pantoprazole is shit too for a PPI get esomeprazole (nexium) it's infinitely better. Amitryptaline (elavil) is infinitely better than nortryp too and you don't get a tolerance as quickly. Wouldn't recommend taking temazepam with the tryps, temazepam is less conducive to going about your daily life (which is what they clonaz is likely for) and more for sleep. Also oxys are hard on the stomach more than fent is.
I really just responded to this because I've been prescribed most of these before (all except fent and amphetamine paste although I've been addicted to fent before) and can see there is a good harm reducing combo in there you can find -

It is here too and my blue cross requires 2 previous PPIs or its about 4 bucks a pill (which I pay because it actually works). If you're taking all those recreationally then do yo Thang but if you're taking them to function there is a haply medium that exists there.
