   Yeah, those purple coated ones were the same kind I had when I did that and same technique. Still a shitload of binders and bullshit left though. I can't deny that it did have an effect but I just felt like the suffering of snorting it wasn't quite worth it.
   
   I got some 300 mg XL sitting around but I'm not sure if those can be prepped the same way and am not really in a hurry to find out.
