that's pretty sketchy, but, if there's no other option, it's better than drinking straight from the stream. ive only drank directly from a spring when it's coming out of the side of a cliff, next to a river. i saw a black guy drink from our citys man-made waterfall from our river.
i wonder if he's still alive. they recommend not even coming into contact with that river,although i admit i still get in it sometimes -
