that number is not based on actual commodity costs, with an analogy being worker hourly pay rate. the normal person makes $8 an hour.
the analogy is, what the texas energy gang said is that, because there are so many workers available that now they have to pay $2 an hour because there is a glut of employees. that is the jist of what theyre claiming: there is such a massive demand for energy, they have to exponentially increase how much they charge. zero associated need for that to happen that is a plausible explanation.

you dont want a distiller completely sealed. you want an opening to release gasses that have a higher boiling point than water because the majority of the time theyre toxins that you dont want in your water.
