2021-02-15 at 7:57 PM UTCI'd rather die than pay the medical bills

2021-02-15 at 8:02 PM UTCPeople eat a lot utter shit and clog up all their arteries and veins. All that grease and grime collects over time in the circulatory system, then all of a sudden, bang, they're on the floor, either permanently paralyzed or dead. Especially when they just sit there day after day and never exercise or do anything. Always best to eat a bare minimum amount of the garbage out there and at least have one hobby to keep your system working properly.

Im built like s twig because god made me that way no amount of working out wont change me being super lanky

some people don't make gains easy, but anyone can induce significant muscle growth, they just have to find what works for them..
i was reading a study recently that said excessively low body fat lowers testosterone, which i didnt expect since high levels of the hormone usually keep body fat somewhat low providing the person has a normal metabolism and isn't a sloth -
2021-02-16 at 1:21 AM UTCwhen i was a kid, my dad called the cops on me for smashing my parents door with a grapevine. i felt bad for it afterwards... i don'tknow how the cops found me so easily, but they shined spotlights into the woods, so i ran across someone else's property and fell into a frozen pond. i got out and kept running deeper into a wooded area and finally lost the cocksuckers
it was well below freezing so i stole a tarp from a deer blind, one of those that are like 15 feet off the ground, went to another deer blind that was on the ground. it slowed the wind down a bit, but it was leaky as fuck. i stripped to my underwear and passed out under the tarp. woke up in the morning and 80% of my body was either numb or in a lot of pain... and it was really hard to get out of the fetal position. joints and muscles were locked up and my body wouldn't cooperate.
i went home and apologised, and slept from 7am to 7am the next day. most ive ever slept in my life.
basically when it's cold, you can just sleep it off, at least down here. our winter storm will be over in 6 days, they never last long. but it's been 36 years since it's snowed like this. i love it. i want to move to somewhere that's 50 below every year so i can enjoy the snow longer. the wind and the reflection of the snow in my eyes is the only part i don't like. that, and i can't wear running shoes as often
EDIT; i refuse to turn the heater on and i can see my breath, but am quite comfy. i am usually pretty well prepared for the elements. if all these people would quit being pussies and crankin up those electric heaters, there'd be less power outages. rather be a bit chilly than lose internet connectivity and such -
2021-02-16 at 1:28 AM UTCEveryone I knew was hardcore potheads. I mean they were weird like burnout types and all had jobs but were hardcore they would ride bikes, stop, smoke a fatty and push on. like touring bikes with the gear (not much different than todays biker shorts and gear)
When I started, and I was like 15 and smoked a shitload of pot, I could barely move, and they're all like "Come on man.. push it" and day after day, I realized (I'll get high when I get back) and rode sober. not to mention you're high while operatng a bike. but this was late 70s and early 80s.
they would ride like 40-50 miles. Sometimes from the Bay Area to Santa Cruz, stay the night and come back. thats like 70 miles one way.
I couldn't go past Fremont, I was too tired. but I also road back the same day which is about 80-90 miles. that's the most I did. But I stayed out of the hills and road the city back road. Mission through Hayward which maybe it has a different name now. if you know the east bay it's pretty intense. its not totally flat. its more of the foothills.
but fuck riding through the Santa Cruz mountains. lol. I guess there were trails to use to get around Highway 17 which is not permissible for bikes.
fuck am I talking about. I'm old. I just doubt any of you are riding today. -

i quit cause my city is very unfriendly to bikes and my raleigh, which was an 80s version with that special super tough alloy, was possibly possessed by demons. i constantly got flats. got sick of it.
great way to meet cute girls though -
2021-02-16 at 1:33 AM UTCA bunch of Jenkem and raid huffing-addled minded rejects. Who don't exercise.
Fuck, I found out I am first stage of Diabetes 2. and I just ate 5 of those Ghirardelli Chocolate candies in a small wrapper.
I feel like I'm drunk. I really need to stop eating Chocolate and sugar. its addictive af. -

That is so common Bro. You always need to carry a flat tire kit. I would get flats like 2 times a week at least.
You needed new tires probably and they're not cheap. My "Step bro" (His dad dated my mom for 20 fucking years) taught me to build the rims and shit. the spoke style ones and use a spoke wrench an pull the hub and bearings out and put new ones in. you're always buying chains or taking links off because the fucking things would get stretched out.
I was always working on my bike to get better at it. Shit I could of got real good, stayed with all of the popular bikes and parts and started my own store. shoulda coulda woulda. I was never good with cars.
LOL i couldn't ask questions .. fucking peple would tweek out. "Get outa here, I can't fucking explain it to you"
Its like BECAUSE YOUR HIGH AND IM A BUZZ KILLER FOR PICKING YOUR BRAIN
No that I look back its all about "FUck those dudes" just kidding. you can't replace your youth. good times -
2021-02-16 at 1:44 AM UTCBTW I had a Raleigh too. early form of the mountain bikes that replaced the tour speed (10 speed ) a bit heavier frame. Maybe that's why I couldn't keep up. I think they had like Shwinn Paramount (very expensive in the day.. light weight)
but yeah. sorry your city sucks like that -
