A fake resume. Few places do actual background checks...even when I worked for a fortune 500 company they only processed 3 out of 10...found that out when one of the guys I was working with turned out to be a double killer. He killed the guy who raped his little sister and got 10yrs..then he killed someone while in prison but it was deemed self defense.
...glad I was nice to him...I only found out after he was fired for threatening another supervisor. -
