its theorized that it helps lower blood pressure and I've always have had high blood pressure and I feel like it helps and "the mother" in it the sediment supposedly is good for gut health. You can't get any kind of apple cider vinegar you have to get it with the mother like braggs, like its a probiotic, I also eat bavarian yogurt which is supposedly good for your gut.
