Late Night Bull Session

2021-01-23 at 12:19 PM UTCI stopped smoking pot because it made it a lot more difficult to maintain the thin veneer of normalcy I put on display.
Removal of inhibition + intense good feeling + a head in the clouds is a recipe for my personal embarassment, and although your mileage may vary that's the marijuana experienced I've become accustomed too. I used to smoke alone but they say that can contribute to schizophrenia, and pot is a social drug anyways. I've been going to the drink lately but after a while I'm finding myself bored of getting buzzed, which is really for the better anyways. -

I haven't listened to them in a while, actually saw them at the Sydney Opera House like 10 years ago. Show was amazing, there were a bunch of old people who were obviously only there because they go to whatever's on without really checking what it is. They all left part the way through, disgusted, and it just egged them on, Martyn leering at them and going harder
that one's one of my favourite songs of theirs, they did an album based on some old German fairy tales from a book called Shockheaded Peter. This one's about how bad bullying is, and how they played a trick on a guy named Agrippa and got beaten to death
They've got an unconventional style but a great stage presence. Sort of reminiscent of Buggles if you've ever seen the Video Killed The Radio Star vid but the editing and camera work is definitely a contributing factor.
