OP is just throwing around terminology to troll. You can't 'cleave' the enzymes off a drug because drugs have no proteins (unless they ARE proteins) they attach to proteins, like enzymes, which help them to metabolize.
His mention of hydrolysis is retarded too. This works with some drugs but not all. Like I've had some morphine ER that just has a coating you can wash off. But other ER drugs are usually bound to some edible polymer that you're not going to be able to wash away with just water. If you want potentiation you're better off consuming some enzyme inhibitor and chewing up your pill.
In short, you're getting trolled, Russian.
Also no you likely wouldn't be able to just drop it in water and mix around unless that polymer is really unstable for some fucking reason. That works with coated ER tablets (altho not really hydrolysis, I think) but not the kind like OP has.
