   I expect it's quite painless, major trauma to the body often goes without significant pain, due to things like Adrenalin release, your brain blocking it out, shock etc. Plenty of incidents where people have been shot or stabbed for example and not even realized it.
   
   Friend of mine was shot in the leg and didn't realize it till he was walking home and someone pointed out the blood on his pants.

   a paper cut is painful as fuck, the chemicals the paper is treated with pouring into the wound makes it so. iw ould rather be cut by a knife than by paper.

   When I lost my wisdom tooth even with various pills the pain was unbewrwble i was pacing up qnd down my hallway all night and twking new pills. i cant imagine even going thiugh thwt without painkillers and without being able to wlak around or move.

   That's after a while though right? Immediately the pain wasn't so bad right?...it's later on the pain kicks in. When you are being quartered you don't really have a lot of time from start to finish for the body to chill out and start accepting new pain messages from the nerve endings.

    apparently murderers are some of the best cons to be released with the lowest rates of recidivism or reoffending maybe its lifers due to them knowing what they risk losing however this may be due to the riek as compared to other inmates usually when a lifer paroles in cslifornia any small thing they do and they get violated and go back to the life term. not sure if it has to do with the crime or how much time they already spend inside or the penalty of risk.
