   I got ripped off and the bank said they would "Loan me" the 700 taken out of a Government Card in my name. It's best to take your money and put it directly into another account. another bank as well.
   
   fucking punks out there making physical cards with your name on it while you're is in your wallet. in less than a week of getting it.
   
   nothing ever happened to this person. the world is a huge fucked up mess. If it's done by Bank error and someone spends it, it's illegal and will be a followed up case imediatly. the banks get Federal Backing with officers going after the person who gets the error and thinks "Wow, I suddenly got money in my bank account"
   
   some people might believe it was gifted to them. it sounds stupid but why question it.
   
   but if an average Joe like me who isn't a FiLM STAR WHO'S CELL PHONE GOT HACKED WITH NUdes THEY'L GO AFTER THOSE PEOPLE TOO.
