With the large inside area of the RV, the explosion could have been as easy as a propane tank rigged to open at the rear of the vehicle while simultaneously starting a spark from a furnace or stove ignitor at the front of the vehicle and waiting for the proper gas/air ratio to build up for ignition.
BOOM!

People heard gunshots sounds coming out of the loudspeaker mounted on top, then the recording changed to warning there was a bomb and evacuate the area, then the recording changed again to evacuate within 15 minutes and repeated with a countdown. But the bomb only exploded 10 minutes after the countdown had ended.
What I don't understand is that if it was a terrorist attack of some type why were there warnings over a loudspeaker for people to evacuate the area? That's what doesn't make sense to me. From what I've heard no one has died which is a good thing but why such a warning before it happened? Was the goal strictly property damage?
