   Aldra I wish I had saved the website I think it was called "Savethenews" save the news. Ill try to look for it gain. but it's from the backside of the AT&T building or a pole on the building. you see the trail drifting to the right and the ploom was in front of it. its the security camera having a ghosting like artifact. the light censor removed the white of the trail making it look like it dissipated quicker than it dissipated.
   
   they only release seconds before and seconds afterwards and not minutes prior. I thought it was a crane boom because there is another large crane off in the distance.

   my guess is it was just some guy who got fired by one of the businesses in the area and wanted to lash out at them without actually hurting anyone.
   
   would explain why he picked early morning on a public holiday and blasted warnings - guy was probably living in that RV and hanging by a thread; didn't have anything left once he lost his job
