2020-12-10 at 12 AM UTCI like salt and vinigger, they are my default selection out if the "boring" flavours of chips that are available everywhere because a little bit of acid makes a huge difference, and you can even mix them with other-flavored chips and they really add something to the flavours.

2020-12-10 at 12:01 AM UTCWhich chips go best with a ham sammich? Barbecue I think. For a turkey sandwich salt and vinegar is best. Italian style likes a classic salted chip.

"Hot and sour soup" is a Chinese soup claimed variously by the regional cuisines of Beijing and Sichuan as a regional dish. The Chinese hot and sour soup is usually meat-based, and often contains ingredients such as day lily buds, wood ear fungus, bamboo shoots, and tofu, in a broth that is sometimes flavored with pork blood.

shes more american than you. and she serves judenized american "chinese" food.
just because she had studied history from a university in taiwan, china doesnt mean shes an authoritative source of history on chinese cooking and foods.
a non-neanderthal would have known and understood this simple logic already. -
