It might not be an addictive drug but it can be an addictive or habit forming food perhaps used excessively to bring some sort of comfort to a mental trauma for example.
And obesity along with it's related health complications is not a joke. -

yeah pretty much this, drugs can be bad obviously, but there are so many obese people that don't do drugs and don't go to work, smell like shit, don't get laid so its all relative.
Obese people cause the medical industry tons of money which they take out of tax payers money to pay for it but send normal people to jail for drugs and charge them up the ass for it after that. -
